Our business roots began in 1983, when Kevin W. McCarthy founded the business. The On-Purpose Person was published in 1993; The On-Purpose Business in 1998. Today the on-purpose approach to life and business thrives within a variety of businesses both for-profit and not-for-profit, small to large, soft skills to technical -- knowing who you are, where you're going and how to get there is on-purpose!
